I like the convenience of shopping at CVS Pharmacy. However, I find their prescription and product prices higher than other places. I would shop at CVS more often if their pricing was more competitive.

If I could give a zero I would!! Multiple times I have requested medication refills, go to pick them up only be told they are out of the medication. A phone call would prevent me from having to go without because I could have called other pharmacies to see who has it in stock!

Several months ago I asked for recommendations on pharmacies, since I was unhappy with Troy Kroger. I switched to CVS in Tipp City, and have been satisfied. But on Thursday I had a 12:30 Dr. apt, turns out I had pneumonia. On the way home, 12:59 I had a text from CVS they received 3 new scripts. I got lunch at a drive-thru. Sitting down at home to eat I received another text, scripts were ready! I called and told the pharmacy I didn't feel well, and could I pic up a box of Tylenol at the window? He said just give him 20 minutes. By 2:30 I had the Tylenol and the new scripts on board! I have never had such efficient service by a pharmacy when I really felt ill. I would have never asked Kroger to add the Tylenol. I just want to say they exceeded my expectations!

Just fine if you can’t find Walgreens.

Prescriptions are ridiculously high. What normally would cost $14 at other pharmacies, cost $44 at CVS, and they DO NOT use good rx for discounts. What a joke.

We went in at 7:45 on a Saturday. Store was in decent shape and the worker (who appeared to be solo) was a nice guy. But the pharmacy was closed and we needed some as I’m cold and sinus ??

My work stopped providing weekly Covid testing so now I have to go to outside source. It was easy to sign up, the employee was very nice and it only took a few minutes. I had my results in less than an hour.

the clerk wrongfully accused my group of stealing 5 hour energy from the soup isle, we didnt do anything but we even offered to pay for the missing item we didnt take. she was very crabby and rude and we were kicked out without reason. Family dollar is better in every way, shop there, better prices too!

Last week, I went to a minute clinic in Marysville, who were incredibly kind to me. After I tested negative for COVID they saw me without charge, and wrote a prescription to help.I still wasn't feeling better and needed to be seen, and this location in Tipp City was the only one open. I got there for my 12:20 appointment at 12:00, and there was someone there who had been waiting 45 minutes. I waited until 1:00, mind you I was very sick, and I was finally seen. The NP was HORRIBLY rude. She had made everyone wait for 2 hours while she did a physical (I'm a nurse going into medical school, I've done many physicals, they take 30 minutes maximum), and then told everyone they all had to wait another hour while she took lunch. When I got in the room she asked me why I was there, and I explained. She told me she needed my ID and insurance, I told her I didn't have insurance, and she told me how much it would be. I was genuinely confused and said "the last place I went was free." She responded "Well you can just go there then." I couldn't go there, they were closed. She then opened her door and told me to either pay out of pocket or leave.Horrible way to behave in front of a patient, horrible way to treat a patient. CVS unfortunately has been a breeding ground of poor customer service lately.
