Been a customer with Chase for over 25 years, mortgage loan most of that time. I call in requesting deferment for one month mortgage loan because my water heater went out and had to replace. Big fat NO. I do NOT meet criteria for this, and to boot won't even tell me what the requirement is. Guess long time loan and great payment records go against me now! My father is 66 years old and has been banking with Chase for years. He went in today to get a car title notarized and the notary treated him in an extremely rude fashion.
