Got fuel in the car. Decently priced, comparable to everywhere else. Actually got a couple MPG better than the previous fuel up. Bathroom was clean. Store laid out well. The lady at the register this morning, 11/4/24 was especially nice. We had a great, short convo and she made me feel good about myself after talking about my son.

My serpentine belt snapped mid drive on 75 - I pulled off the highway and into the parking lot here. When I explained to the manager that I would be hanging out in the store for a little bit because it was hot outside & I was waiting for a new belt to be delivered, she was so kind. Gave me a free fountain drink and told me to wait inside as long as I needed. Just what I needed after a bad situation :) thank you!

There was nothing wrong with my semi truck till I fueled up here after around 70 miles driving check engine lights came on and the truck engine died ( truck not pooling strong as it should) I had to empty the fuel tank and refuel again from different places and after some miles the check engine lights went off, the attached photo is proof and can compare the time and date between receipt and the dash photo. I don’t recommend semi trucks come here

Had a very rude run in with a staff member. I spilled a drink I had gotten on the ground- completely on accident (why would I spill a drink on purpose?) Immediately, I started cleaning up my own mess with the napkins around the store on shelves.
An older woman with some 70s/80's hairdo comes back inside the store and looks me up and down- I asked her politely if she had a rag or towel that I could use to, once again, clean my own mess, and she said "The napkins are all we have." Ok, whatever. Guess I'll have to deal.
As she walks away she says "that's the third time that's happened today." In a very condescending tone of voice, but I shook it off at first-
That was until I finished cleaning to the best of my ability and she looked me up and down AGAIN as I walked past the mop bucket that was sitting in the middle of the aisle. Guess she was upset she had to...do her job?
I threw my cup away because I was too embarrassed to get another one or to refill the one I spilled, so I just made it easier for myself and got rid of it.
Apparently that was a problem, because after she asked me what I did with the drink and I said I threw it away, she caught an attitude again when she went behind the counter and said, in a very nasty tone, "You HAVE to give us the damaged product." At this point I was livid, so I matched her energy and said in the same tone, "Sorry, I didn't know!" She would have had the damaged product had she or one of her other staff members offered to help me clean it up, but no, she expected me to know her policy after catching an attitude for whatever reason :)
I used to go to this Caseys sometimes 3 or 4 times a week, but this one interaction will have me avoiding it like the plague- at least in the morning, but we'll see.

Bought diesel. Unfortunately, someone had poured a container of a sticky drink and cigarette butts where I needed to stand to operate the pump. Last time, I got someone else's fuel bill, but I got the right receipt. Hoping for better this time.
Parking: Pulled into the #13 fuel lane with a 40 foot motorhome. Worked great.

Not a bad pitstop. Ups and downs. Bathrooms were a disaster; no towels or soap in men's. Their store brand of Mountain Dew was awful. Really bad. But, big selection of snacks and drinks in general, and the other stuff we got was fine, if expensive. Service was great and kid-friendly. Place was clean. Easy access. They have a little pizza/sandwich window. My first Casey's visit, and I'll go back, to others too.
