We bought a vehicle here last year. A GMC Terrain. Great experience and they are actually honest unlike Muffler Brothers in Vandalia. I won’t take our vehicles anywhere else, C & C has taken good care of us several times now. Trustworthy and reasonable!

They are amazing, completely honest mechanics and really nice. I've had so many great experiences with them. They do great work for an honest and fair price.

Overall experience was great. I live out in columbus and he kept a open line of communication with me and was quick to respond. He answered all my questions. Process was also quick and easy. Like I said I live in columbus so he was willing to work with me and I could do most of my paperwork online. Once I came to pick up the car, it was exactly how it was described. It ran very smooth and did the whole trip back. The price was exactly what I was looking for even with my not so good credit! Highly recommend!

over all very good experience, quick process and only took about 20 mins to do the paperwork we got a nice car at a great price this is our 2nd auto from them. they tell you what they know about the car, don't push you to buy. there used cars, i cant afford 40 grand on a new one and don't have great credit to buy one so we always come here. we live close and they move a lot of trucks and cars, they also do our service work on all 3 we have. there about 1/2 the price as other shops we have used to fix our cars.

walked in, test drove a car: transmission couldn't shift. scared me so bad i immediately brought it back, handed in the keys, and left. do NOT trust this place. heat didnt work, couldn't shift without stalling, etc. and they told me it was fine.

The people who run this dealership were helpful and provided thorough answers to my questions. I am very pleased with the care that was taken with my vehicle. The business transaction was easy. I will definitely recommend this dealership to people I know.

DO NOT BUY A CAR A HERE!!!!Should have seen the signs from the beginning. I made an appointment to view a truck several days in advance and confirmed the night before. Show up at the arraigned time and no one was there. Waited 30 before the first employee showed up. When someone did, it was a "mechanic" that had salesman on speakerphone. Wasn't until after test drive and some talking that a different sales man showed up to finalize the deal, eating his lunch the whole time. But I loved the truck and thought it was a good deal. I was wrong.I bought a 2004 Ford F-150 from here in Feb of 2021. Was my first time buying a car and they took advantage of that. The truck should never have sold. Yes there was rust on the body and it was a used car but didn't realize the extent of the rusting until I took it for first oil change. Mechanic took me back where it was on drive up lift. They couldn't use regular lift because when they tried, the whole truck bowed. They showed me the rust from undernear and I was in shock. The entire frame was so rusted, it was paper thin in spot and flat out missing in others. Mechanics said the truck was unsafe to drive and should never have been sold. When I contacted C & C, they gave me snarky replies like "well we do live in Ohio and rust does happens" and "maybe the shop did something to truck". When I tried seeing if they were willing to work with me to put me in safer vehicle I was told "vehicle was sold as is" and basically given the middle finger. C & C then stopped returning my calls and emails.

VERY PROFESSIONAL!!! Great dealership with great vehicles of all styles and brands!! One of my favorite things is that they wont let you leave without being satisfied, and making sure the vehicle is start ready and reliable!! They offer to pay and repair some things that was a preference to have on a vehicle and other cases split the bill!! Just to make me happy!! Doesn’t get much better than that from a used car place!! Excellent service. I’ve already bought two vehicles!! A convertible Benz and a 4x4 truck!! And looking forward to my next vehicle!!!

First I want to say the staff was polite. On the other hand we bought a vehicle from them and it didn't last 2 days before it broke down. They tell you the car comes with a warranty that covers roadside assistance and $1,000 in repairs...but the roadside assistance only covers $50 of the tow bill...and the hoops for the $1,000 repair warranty are relentless.

Thank you all for your detailed, negative reviews. They've convinced me not to even bother going to this business for my truck purchase. The dealership's responses show you the kind of people they are. Instead of addressing the issue of the vehicle they sold, they publish personal details of the customers' credit and lives and then accuse them of having driven the car poorly. Get real. No one buys that for a minute. We all know that most used car salesmen are natural-born thieves and liars. Stop whining and start being honest and maybe you can salvage your online reputation. But I doubt it.

I bought a 2006 Toyota from this dealership. They failed to mention that the convertible part of the vehicle did not work. I’ve had several issues regarding the car not starting. They had originally told me it was the remote start on the car that shorted the battery, but then they said it was the starter. Their mechanics put a new starter in the car and a week later, I’m having the same issues with the vehicle not starting. I am very displeased and disappointed. The mechanics are not experienced, and I most DEFINITELY did NOT get what I paid for. I even bought it at full price and didn’t try to negotiate because I really trusted that it was a decent car.
