“I have utilized the usbank in Tipp City for over 15 years. Throughout management changes the quality and customer service has remained excellent. Years ago I was so impressed that I actually wrote a letter to the CEO of US Bank. To my surprise I received a response hand signed by the CEO. he made it very clear that customer service is their number one priority. I later found out that he also reached out to the district manager and branch manager to commend them on their excellent customer service. I recommend them highly.”

“I needed to set up an HSA account for a new job, but my current bank doesn’t offer them. I was able to easily find Park National offered HSAs on their website. When I called the Tipp City branch, it was easy to set up an appointment for the account set up even though I wasn’t currently a customer. Eric was very helpful and efficient while setting up my account. I will definitely be banking there more in the future!”
