I just want to give a HUGE thank Andrew & Barb! I came in this week to check my balance for a new account I started. It said declined. I walked up to the bank and asked if they could help me. Mind you this is at 6:20, they close at 6. They said sure. They spent 15 mins helping me figure out the problem. Then they took my name and number and called me today to help me fix another issue. So shout out to the Tiffin Branch with Andrew & Barb! They are so polite and caring! They could have told me no, we’re closed, however, they stayed over to help! Also this isn’t my normal branch! So THANK YOU ❤️

They never follow the hours that are posted. When they are open by chance, the workers are rude. Wouldn't suggest this bank to anyone. Hope you have another one close you can go to.

Hours are never accurate, online banking is way to complicated just to set up. End up not even being able to get your money so it just sets in the bank
