I’m driving out of my way to go to the Tiffin Verizon from now on!! Amazing service, kind and supportive staff, and was in and out in less than 15 minutes!

Rude and condescending. The guy today spoke down to a family member of mine who’s been with Verizon for over 15 years and made him feel like a lesser person. The way he handled his customer service was downright disrespectful and unacceptable. We have a $400 Verizon gift card and it’s going to be spent elsewhere.

I went in to upgrade my wife and Is phones. The two representatives (Sam, and I believe the other was Heidi) within were friendly, informative, and personable.They made easy and fun conversation while performing the tasks to get us through the upgrade process. They also were super sweet to my 2 year old daughter who was with us.Excellent service from both of them and will continue our business through this storefront.

This Verizon location is fantastic! The woman at the counter knew what she was doing. She said she'd been working for Verizon for 35 years and boy, does it show! My father, sister, and I went in to adjust our plan and see about ways to make it less expensive. She explained everything to us bit by bit and kept us in the loop about what was honestly going to happen with the bill. Talked us through the math of everything and was just - such a sweetheart. I've never felt so cared for and like an actual human being when dealing with cell phone companies! The BEST!
