It would be pretty costly for me.I was in doubt of their price quotes & recommendations. I came to courtesy Auto..turns out I know the owner. They check my car over thoroughly & gave me quotes for further repairs & changed a light bulb & a cabin filter that no one EVER changed before. It was filthy. “Hit a giant hidden pothole(under a puddle) that destroyed a tire's sidewall. Sometimes you get what you pay for. So I didn't dare go to wal mart, I'd walk home 1st. My local Walmart has a habit of forgetting to tighten all the lug nuts. Happened Morethan once. I limped on down the road about an eighth of a mile on the rim at about 5mph. These great guys were glad to get me in right away. Started out just getting the front set replaced. Got notified as soon as it went on the lift that there was almost no tread on the back set, which I already knew. I didn't have any steel belts exposed and was going to push it till the spring. But the pothole got me first. Wound up asking if they had 4 of the same, they did. The whole ordeal was less than an hour. Very happy and satisfied with the outcome. Now I'm ready to drive in almost anything this coming winter throws my way.”

“I would like to share a story about what happened to me on April 6th. I apologize it’s a long story.My truck broke down in Kentucky on the way home from a business trip which left me stranded 4.5 hrs from home. I had my truck towed to the nearest Ford dealership to have it looked at. The issue was diagnosed within a couple hours and the part was put on order. After confirming the new part fixed the issue, Rhonda had a driver drop my truck off at my workplace. She also included a pre-addressed envelope to turn my tow bill into ford since the part was still covered under warranty. Rhonda’s communication and willingness to help was truly appreciated and she was always so cheerful while speaking on the phone. I truly appreciate how she turned a negative situation into a positive experience.”
