This place is terrible. First of all, not non-profit, they make about 10k A WEEK. Second, they neglect my child like crazy. She comes home starving, thirsty, and with a full diaper just about every day. I sign incident reports almost every week because they don't watch the kids. If we get there a little late, they refuse to feed my kid til lunch. They recently had a picture day and a lady
from there just called me to tell me it's my kid's fault she didn't get a picture and my fault for not finding out about them on my own. One day, they had a stranger watching the room that REFUSED to let me take MY KID without my ID, something I didn't have on me because I use my fingerprint to get it. She literally took my daughter from my arms because she wasn't supposed to be in there. I've only been there 4 months and it has been nothing but problems every single week. My daughter is constantly getting awful diaper rashes, scrapes and gashes, and bruises there. And they just keep raising their already unfair prices. Currently looking for both a new daycare and an attorney. They don't even deserve the one star.
