Clean and well taken care of facility. The family & I go here quite frequently. They always have something for people of all ages to do which we love. The kids can do an activity while we do something else. For everything that you get to do, it’s much more affordable than Planet Fitness or any other nationwide gym. You definitely get way more bang for your buck here.

This place is suppose to be for the community yet they dont offer the cummunity guest passes and if you buy a pass you can only bring somebody with you twice yearly. What a joke!

The Tiffin facility is well maintained, clean and the staff is very helpful. I use the mechanical resistance machines and the pool several times a week. My interaction experience with other patrons is always positive

I love our YMCA.. there are problems but every business has them. During Covid they did away with day passes. They have not brought day passes back. However, members can bring someone in free 3 times. It makes no sense to not bring day passes back now. We ran into this yesterday when I brought my cousins to swim. 1 could go in and the other couldn't so we just left.

Use to be a good place covid changed it for the worst, during covid couldn’t walk in and go swimming had to make a reservation but the colleges could go in anytime. We signed up for a family plan with 24 hour access. Instantly had a problem with the fingerprint could open the door come to find out you have to use the front entrance if they are open the 24 hour door is only for when they are closed. They charge 25$ a year for 24/7 access which is a lie it’s not 24 hour. The ymca is suppose to be for the community not the colleges to rent out the entire gym floor and pools and weight room. I would go at midnight and play basketball and shoot around , the courts are never cleaned very dirty and one night the soccer team from Heidelberg was playing soccer on the whole basketball floor. It’s wrong and a lie to advertise 24/7 when they sub lease out the courts to the colleges and the people who pay for 24/7 access doesn’t have access to it. not to mention two or three days out of the week they would have kids leagues and all the courts would be used awesome my wife would work out in the morning and they had all of Heidleberg in there using up all the equipment and she couldn’t use anything after that we complained and we got a refund for the 24 hour access and told them we wanted to cancel and what they were doing was wrong and lying to people. There is a reason why the ymca is for the community if your gonna sub lease it all out to college and keep the community out might as well sell it

If you plan on playing basketball this is most likely not the place for you. They have 3 basketball courts but use one of them for weights and keep a volleyball net on the other that only get used twice a week. And most then people who do baton twirling take up half a court leaving no room for a group of people to play full court basketball.

Its a good place but I think its STUPID how you have to have a membership or else you can't go.
