Made mistake of buying my car from here. They said there was nothing wrong. The car drove fine for a while until I get an oil change and they said I had a leaky seal. So take it back to the dealership 3 days before the warranty was up , and they said there was no leaky seal and sent me on my way. I didn’t have my car for two months and it broke down and it wasn’t even the leaky seal. It was something else so I got that fixed took my car back so they could fix the seal that was going bad and they basically said that they’re not gonna do anything about it. Well they should cause I brought it back days before my warranty was up and they sent me on my way said everything was fine. Then they said we just have to make it through the next year and a half and they’ll get me in a different car! This car has nothing problems since I bought it now my window is all the way down off track and won’t even go up one thing after another they sold me a lemon …So next time you go there to get a car, make sure you take your car for test run and take it to a mechanic and ask them everything that’s wrong with it because they’re not gonna be honest with you at the dealership . I’m just a number to them.

I just wanted to thank Tiffin Auto Mart for everything they did to help me get into a safe car. I went there last night with my car not knowing that on my way there I would break down 4 times and get pulled over by the state highway patrol. By the time I actually got to their dealership I was bawling my eyes out. The guys there did everything in their power to cheer me up and help me as quickly as possible and as best they could. Even when I didn't make it there until 40 minutes before they closed and my car died in their parking lot. They got me into a newer and safer car that is in my price range without hesitation. Thank you to Wes, Conner, Brandon and Alec for everything you did last night. You all are much appreciated! Anyone reading this, if you need help getting a car....go see them. ♡
