I had my chevy spark for 4 years up until my accident. I loved the car and superior was super flexible with helping me drive it off the lot. I am going through superior again for my next car, since my car was totaled last month. Veronica is awesome!

I have been making payments to these guys for a few years now every week. I have had the proper insurance and never missed a payment. They have raised the price ofy vehicle somehow after the lease was signed and are trying to get away with it. I am now having to waste my time contacting the attorney general office of Ohio to help deal with this. I never write reviews on places but I felt like I need to warn as many people as possible. If you experience any issues with them please email me and contact the attorney generals office. These people are crooks taking people 's money and thinking they can get away with it.

They sold me a 2007 Lincoln Town Car in late 2023 for 10k. When I showed up to close the price was 13.5k. Was in a pinch so I signed. As of July 2024 I have had to replace the water pump, cooling fan, ac accumulator, all 5 hvac door switches, all 4 tires, and the heater core. Vehicle has wiring issues still. Vehicle was registered as green instead of cream with the BMV, causing unnecessary interactions with law enforcement. Currently have more than 20k in a 6 thousand dollar vehicle.

I'm feeling a bit more responsible and scared a bit, cause of a payment deadline for each week if me and my family member partner doesn't get the money in on time. Plus, I got sleepy a bit due the heat outside and going here after wor on a hot day, and sitting on that chair. But after all that, it went well for us and I understand the reasons and accept it. Now I need to keep check on a payment once a week for 207 times. Oh well, you get what you pay for and the 2 women who work there is nice, firm, and don't take it from ANYONE PERIOD. but yes, again I do understand what I helped with and I'll see this all the way. And I'm happy that my TT got a new car that works better. Thanks again and good evening to you all.
