4/13/24. Came in to get my son’s hair cut. Sign at the counter saying they are not accepting WALK INS.. so I went on the website and SCHEDULED an appointment. Went back in to salon for the SCHEDULED appointment to be told that there were no openings, she was the only one working, and she even had a sign up that said she couldn’t take anyone….. sign wasn’t very clear to me. Because my appointment was not a walk in. Is what it is ON TO THE NEXT.

so i got my hair cut today and it took 2 hrs getting my hair cut here had never taken so long the last time i got it cut it took 15 minutes. the person i originally wanted for to cut my hair had left so she had another person do it and this person was blowdrying my hair for a half hour and also burned my neck with the blow dryer when i told her to politely turn the blow drying setting down. i will not be going here again ive never had such bad treatment toward me before at a salon.

Asked starr today if she could handle my 2 1/2 year old nobody i mean nobody was able to touch my boy to cut his hair too scared to do it she did it without hesitation yes we all was covered in hair by the end and sweating but got the job done im glad I stopped in and asked thank you my wife and daughter loved it

So I’ve gotten my hair cut here multiple times by multiple people and they were all great until this last time I got it cut(by the manager). I told her I just wanted a trim straight around and when she got done it was uneven. So I told her I thought it was uneven and she basically gaslit me saying it wasn’t so I ended up going to another salon to get it fixed and before I said anything she asked me if I cut my hair myself bc it was so uneven. So if your going to get your haircut I would not recommend having the manager do it.Service: Haircut
