I had a court ordered name change. I presented PNC and Chase bank with documentation of that change. Chase bank corrected their system right away, while PNC refused to make the correction.

I love my PNC branch. Everyone is very personable. The PNC online banking is the best. Online bill pay works very well. Helped me extensively when I needed papers for court. Excellent service! Only one draw back. Few PNC branches in The area!
