Chrissy was wonderful to work with from start to finish. My previous insurance company had increased my rates a ridiculous amount. Chrissy immediately searched rates at Nicole Miller State Farm and came back with a quote within a day that saved me well over $800 a year! Within one week I had switched all of my insurance policies to State Farm. Thank you Chrissy for making the transition so easy and convenient! Nicole was awesome; She's very friendly, patient, explained everything to me in a way that was digestible, she's efficient in making changes, and made it much easier to understand in more depth what my policies are and how they work. I appreciated the fact she made the policies relatable in regards to real world issues that may arise in which one would need to use their insurance; I feel like I actually understand my policies now. If you need insurance, hit her up; it'll be worth your time. I hope you get your pizza party Nicole! (IYKYK, lol ???)

Chrissy saved my tail when it came to buying my house. Before talking to her about insurance I always bundled auto, motorcycle and rv through a third party service. When I bought my house they threatened to drop me. Chrissy swooped in and saved the day! Now everything is bundled together through State Farm. Such great neighbors!

I can’t say enough great things about my service from Chrissy and the savings with State Farm! I’ve previously held policies with Allstate, progressive, Erie, and Geico and always was cringed at what I was paying monthly. I even tried “budget friendly” companies like the General and some online alternatives. State Farm was recommended to me and after getting my quote I was blown away by the savings and the ease of the entire process. Ive been a happy customer for a couple months now but I can safely say they have gained a loyal client!

They don't return calls. I've been a customer since I was 16. My agent was in Elyria, but they closed down and sent me to Tiffin Ohio office. I hope in the future it will get better.
