I called in from work, they said they had the part. I took a picture of the part I needed to my girlfriend. So there would be no confusion. She showed them the picture upon arrival. You would think they would open the box to make sure! But they didn’t! And it was the wrong part! So now I got my $ back and will no longer return for anything at this location

This store is always rude!!! Had to use this one today....Will drive to Bucyrus if I ever need a NAPA again ! Otherwise O'Reilly's here I come!!!! He said he was the manager Jason and He was just as rude as the other person unless he was acting like a manager....VERY RUDE! I was told by NAPA this is a private owned store so maybe that is the problem I should stick to corporate stores!
