My Experience at Kuebler Shoes During Their New Balance EventI recently visited Kuebler Shoes, drawn by their promotional event for New Balance shoes. Upon entering, my initial impression was positive; the staff greeted us warmly, assuring that we'd be attended to shortly. As the second group in the store, my companion and I took our time browsing the collection, finding several pairs we were interested in trying on.The store's policy of keeping stock in the back, save for display items, meant we needed assistance for a try-on. We waited, assuming we'd be next after the salesperson completed a transaction with the group ahead of us. However, our experience took a turn when a new group entered, and the salesperson, finishing up with the previous customers, chose to assist them first, engaging in what appeared to be a personal conversation.After about ten minutes of being overlooked, despite our clear intent to purchase, we decided to leave the store. This decision wasn't made lightly; we were genuinely interested in the shoes and had hoped to support a local business.Overall ThoughtsWhile the initial reception was promising, the lack of attention and service we experienced was disappointing. It's unfortunate, as we were ready to make a purchase that day. I believe in the importance of supporting local businesses, but the service aspect is crucial. I hope this feedback can be a constructive tool for Kuebler Shoes to improve their customer engagement and ensure that all visitors feel valued and prioritized, regardless of their apparent relationship with the staff.

I called Kuebler shoe store in search of a quality built boot for a specific construction need. I was greeted on the phone with a genuinely pleasant up beat professional tone. Right there I knew I called the right place. The personality of the rep on the phone was nothing short of amazing! All my questions answered with common sense explanations. I had no problem traveling from Findlay to Tiffin to find my perfect boot. Upon entering Kuebler shoes I was greeted once again with the same experience as the phone call. The rep took her time, explained the pros and cons of each boot shown. She properly measured my foot, provided 3 different options best fit for my needs. The first boot shown to me ended up being the perfect boot. I would Highly recommend Kuebler shoe store.

I had the best experience I have ever had at a shoe store or really any store. The customer service was so good. The worker took her time and listened to the problems I had going on with my feet. You could tell it was her mission to help me find something that was going to help me find more comfort! It really meant a lot to have someone listen and genuinely want to help not just sell me any shoe but the best shoes for my wellbeing!! Thank you! I know where I will be going for my next pair as well! Keep up the great customer service because it is hard to find these days!

When looking for my sons first pair of shoes my parents recommended Keubler and we were not disappointed. The ladies in there really helped my husband and myself pick out our sons first pair of shoes. They were so sweet and so patient with him! They made the experience one that I will remember.On top of that they helped my husband find a pair of shoes to better help him and they are really working out!!Yes the shoes are a bit pricey but worth every penny!

My husband bought a pair of redwing work boots last week that were recommended by the staff. After less than 7 hours of wear, they got a hole in the sole of them. He reached out to Kuebler and they would only offer to have them re-soled for $100 charge! They should have refunded our money without question. Horrible customer service! My husbands asphalt crew will no longer be shopping there. We got better service and a lower cost at Rural King in Tiffin. Do NOT recommend!

My podiatrist recommended this store. Because I wear a woman's 11Narrow I am used to shopping at 8 or more stores before I finally settle for the shoe with the "best" fit (not the perfect fit) butnot this time. Kelly measured my foot and came back with the perfect fit. I have found MY shoestore.

I brought my parents (77 and 79) to Kuebler's in hopes of getting new shoes that would meet their specialized needs due to medical concerns. Kim and Kelly were absolutely outstanding! They couldn't have been more patient, friendly and kind and were very knowledgeable about how to find comfortable and safe shoes for both of them. The store is warm and welcoming and arranged and decorated beautifully. We truly couldn't have had a better experience and I am thankful to have found Kuebler's, but more importantly, the generous and caring spirits of Kim and Kelly.
