Tried to pick up prescription numerous times, either closed for lunch or line a mile long. Very slow and rude. Transfered prescriptions to walmart.

They are extremely rude here. I have had to pick up a prescription three different times and each time I have had a different person. Each person was extremely rude. And not only that, they have changed my prescription twice without asking me.

My husband and I just had the worst experience with Kroger Pharmacy in Tiffin. The lady working the drive thru has the worst customer service, lacks transparency and is too lazy to do her job. First, she tries to send us off without our toddler’s inhaler. When we questioned her why it wasn’t filled she said because our insurance doesn’t cover it. We tell her we want it still and also the mask that she also forgot to mention too. My husband had to make a second trip back there to get it (we gave them an hour after Mae’s Dr apt to fill the script in the first place). Second, we came to find out that it could have been re-run under something else and our insurance could cover a generic version that would be $40 less. She argues saying that she can’t do that but the younger lady at the counter. My husband called her out for her incompetence and she slammed the inhaler and mask on the counter in front of him.Long story short, this lady was awful and we will not be using Tiffin Kroger’s pharmacy again. I don’t even care about not getting fuel points anymore. I hope you sleep well at night knowing you just tried to keep a sick 3 year old from a medicine she was prescribed to make her better. What’s sad is that she’s probably done this before too.

Our vehicle was damaged by a run-away cart rack with carts last month during a storm. We went back inside and the manager said Kroger would take care of the damages. We filled their forms and waited.Last week we received a letter with a number to call. I contacted their agent who said,because of the storm,Kroger wasn't liable. I told her the huge racks had provisions to be bolted down but they weren't. She said Kroger isn't required to do so.I asked what state law, safety rule, or OSHA regulation she was referring to .She said it was a general liability rule. I asked about her manager she then said he told her to deny our claim. Anyone who knows us knows this isn't over. Right is right and wrong is wrong.
