$30 charge for less than 10 minutes at a car wash with mediocre water pressure and extremely dirty floors/walls. Staff was rude when we came in trying to find out why we were charged so much for the car wash.

The prices are always a little higher at her shell store, but the 15 dollar charge for a 10 minute hand car wash put things over the edge. Especially if you don't have the nerve to advertise it.
