At the end of 2021, a very nice young lady named Hunter, helped my daughter open a savings acct..lt was a great experience, she was friendly and explained everything.

Dan at tiffin location was rude and instead of helping he decided to close my account instead of stopping fraudulent charges. Took over a week to get someone to answer the phone.

Tellers are decent but the management here is absolutely horrible and they never seem to be properly staffed.

I have to come into this bank weekly to help staff from my work. Usually the result is me having to return, for some small mistake on their part. There is ALWAYS a wait. Regardless of the time of day, I am waiting.

Terrible branch, even worse bank. The corporate managers don’t care about the customers, they show up once a month to the branches to tell them to sell more, I guess that’s why they are all over the news for opening fake accounts like Wells Fargo a few years back. What a disgrace.

Terrible bank. Very bad. Just want to get as much money as they can from you. I deposited a second 401 k check into my account and they put a hold on it for a week and told me I could apply for early access to it for a five percent fee. I ended up only getting a small percentage of it (340.00) and paid two fees of $20 and another one for $14.. I'm done with them. I'm so very upset. I work hard for my money. How dare they rob me like this. Changing banks as soon as I am square with them.

My husband and I stopped in here to make an appointment to discuss some banking needs .We were greeted right away by an employee and within 5 minutes taken to a personal banker . She was very helpful and knowledgeable and able to get everything we needed done that day. She kept everything simple so we could understand it and feel comfortable and confident about our choices. We were so impressed with how quickly we got in and with how nice everyone was. Thanks so much!

Corporate harasses the disabled. I had a stroke & because of the stroke I lost my job, my house...everything & yet corporate filed a judgement against me & then dismissed it. 4 years later corporate filed a judgement against me again (even though I left the bank...THANK GOODNESS!). The deficits from my stroke didn't change. Being on disability, one can barely afford to survive and yet corporate files a judgement against me a second time. Would you want to go to a bank that harasses the disabled? 😒

Everytime I have went in their is always 4 to 5 people in line takes 15 to 20 mins they only have 2 people working and they have 4 to 5 people sitting in offices and they are brain dead will confuse customers and charge them money for it then not give it back cause they mistold someone
