I used my AAA to get my car towed ended up being D&D Towing the record driver's name was Thomas is all I know but he was one of the best record drivers I've ever seen in all my years I've had family members and Friends worked on tow trucks this guy was very phenomenal I would highly recommend him to anyone D&D should be very proud and very grateful they have such a good worker on a scale from 1 to 10 I honestly would give this guy a 15 very courteous very kind very respectful treated my vehicle like it was his own very very highly recommend him as a tow truck driver I feel he deserves some kind of an award a raise a bonus or something

Today My starter in my 1995 Honda Odyssey did not want to turn over. I replaced in 1 month ago so I called AAA and D&D Total Repair - Towing come over to Post Office in 15 mins of calling AAA. Dave asked me to do a few things then he got out a piece of Rebar and tapped my starter while I tried to start it and it turned right over. So no Tow for him. I got to drive home and take the just replaced starter out and take to Advanced Auto and get it replaced since it.s under warranty. GREAT service and quick. Thank you so much!

Well my experience started off with Cord calling me and giving me an arrival time - which I truly appreciated ( he was right on time, if not a bit early). He loaded my mustang with care on the flatbed. The 40 minutes of travel to my destination was quite enjoyable. Having a conversation with Cord the whole drive up might be the highlight of my day!! On a long trip, we broke down on I-75 north of Findlay, Ohio. Our roadside assistance sent us Matt from D&D. He tried to help us fix our issue, and, when that didn’t work, he helped us get to a dealership. He was kind, super helpful, and accommodating as we (4 people and a dog) had to wrangle overnight supplies from our packed car and get to a hotel. He even gave restaurant recommendations and pointed out grocery stores nearby. We really appreciated Matt and how he tried to make a tough situation better.

We were traveling north on route 4 and one of there tow trucks were following us with a vehicle on their flatbed. He was less than two car lengths behind us. When we stopped for a light he passed us and ran the light. He pulled into the Honda dealership. He would have hit us if we would have had to stop suddenly. I teach defensive driving. He surely doesn’t know any of those techniques.

when my car was totaled d & d was the company used to tow it and i cant thank them enough for their patience with my situation.everyone i spoke to on several different occasions was very professional and kind.they even helped me clean out my car and held onto my belongings until i had time to pick them up.100% would recommend to anyone, though i hope in every sense you never actually need them. ?thanks again D & D for your services!

I have no idea who the gentleman was that towed me and my partner back to Tiffin with my wrecked car, but he was one of the friendliest, calmest people. I appreciated him despite myself being very upset in the moment and not being able to openly express gratitude. He actually drove past the accident and asked US if we needed help, we actually did not even have time to call a tow. He was so patient and waited with us while the state patrol took longer than expected. Thank you, whoever the driver was who assisted us outside of Bascom on Saturday. Seriously, you were one of the ONLY stress free parts of the whole ordeal. Although I was very much upset and high in emotion, you were so calm, collected and kind and were able to help so very much. My large lifted F350 needed towed and I called AAA. Branden came out late at night to tow the truck. Branden was an amazing person to have do the work. He was very kind and did an amazing job of getting the truck to its destination. He even called back to let me know of an issue he noticed on my truck. He went above and beyond. They where awesome. We where in a wreck the 15th of July and I had to get my stuff out the 17th. The guy met me and I can't think of his name but he was so sincere. He asked how we where and everything. Definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a tow?
