i was on my way in the door and the Employee asked me if i was going straight to the register? I said no. She told me to use the self check out.
I tried to get a slushy but i couldn't find a clean spot on the counter to set my cup while i tried to find a large lid to fit my cup. Of course you are out and the employee is outside the front door sitting down smoking??
Went all the way across town because the machine on melmore street was out of order. That cashier was very rude. Acted like he hates his job.
Do you need more help?? So your employees cant keep up.
Are they overworked?? Or is this the new normal .
Frustrated today .

Used to love going here to get gas or snacks after work. Got gas last night and they charged me $100 hold for $35 worth of gas and now I’m broke. Any other time that never happened. Can’t call them because their phone number on here isn’t even correct.

What was supposed to be a fun slushie run with my friends quickly turned into a miserable disaster. My friends and I stopped at our circle K to grab a couple 99 cent slushies and headed up to the check out counter. No employee was in sight and the self check out scanners were scanning our 99 cent slushies as 4 dollar drinks. To avoid paying a ridiculous 3 dollar up charge, we pressed the ringer at the counter…no response. Questioning whether a worker was present we decided to press the button for a second time, and we were immediately met with the most rude, vile voice screaming at us. “YOU ONLY NEED TO PRESS THE BUTTON ONCE” Through my utter shock I watched a large woman appear around the corner continuing to yell at my friends and I for pressing the button twice. She demanded to know what the issue was, and my friend explained the issue we were occurring. However, the very large, angry women continued to be hostile demanding if we tried using the barcode. The barcode was in a hidden spot, and not 1 of my 3 friends saw the hidden barcode, but yet, she acted like we were idiots . After showing us the barcode the mean, large, hostile ogar continued to harass us about paying with cash, and then accused me of stealing. I was appalled by the attitude of the large women, and I could not believe her audacity. I wish I could have caught her name, but the most defining characteristic is her voice sounded like the receptionist from monsters university. I WILL NOT be returning until justice is served. Circle K needs to be better!

Usually pretty good. When they run contests, most circle k locations don't carry the free won stuff. Sure that's a Corp issue tho.The new location is huge and clean!The guy tonight was a little weird, standing like a statue and never greeted me, barely spoke and was wearing sunglasses while working inside at register.

Went inside to pay for my fuel using my debit card which she said I was good to go after I paid. I went outside and pumped and drove away like normal. 6 minutes after my initial charge I got a second charge. When I went back to ask why the two employees gave me the run around with one of them being extremely arrogant and mocking me, some knife wielding, long haired guy. Then when they said they'd relay the information to the manager, the manager never called back.

Not sure why the bad reviews. All three times I've drove through the employees have been very nice. The pumps work. It's as clean and organized as any circle k I've been too. Restroom is always decent. There is a lot of parking and it's in a great location

The Tiffin Ohio store is an inconvenience , self-serve lottery machine is always down. Bathroom urinal broken for weeks now. Never two cashiers at one time with people backed up almost to the door. Speedway here I come
