I personally had a car transferred from the Genoa Baumann dealer to tiffin and had an appointment at 445pm today for my daughter. At 430pm they let someone else take the car bc they “thought it was me, but didn’t confirm the name” and we showed up 10 minutes later. And they let them buy it even though WE had an appointment and I had the car brought to tiffin. This dealer is shady and crappy and crushed my daughter today. I have bought two cars from them and will never do business with them again.
I am LIVID. We were planning to purchase the car TODAY and they let someone buy it out from under us who wouldn’t have even seen the car IF I DIDNT HAVE IT TRANSFERRED HERE.
On top of it, all they had to do when the people got back was tell them sorry this car was spoken for and you shouldn’t have been able to drive it. But nope. They couldn’t be good people.

We just bought our second vehicle from Rick at this location and I cannot tell you how much of "that" lady I am when it comes to purchases! He handled every little bit of annoying I am!! Listened and followed through with all our financing requests. Our special situation was special since I just had a vehicle totalled by hail with a home loan and second vehicle loan as well. He even fixed my loose rear windshield wiper himself when I dropped by on my used car instead of sending me to service to wait!! 1000% recommend!!!

GREAT SERVICE DEPT..... had a chevy Cruze 2.0 diesel that had given multiple electrical issues and engine lights stemming from a problem I couldn't locate.. ( i have been a mechanic for 40yrs but stumped).. took it to Baumann in tiffin Ohio... they only charged for 1 hr. diagnosis even though they had well over 2 hrs. invested... problem still wasn't solved... they promptly got GM involved to help solve the issue.. besides a few parts and a couple trips they charged no additional diagnostic fees...and problem is solved... Austin went above and beyond to help with procedures and diagrams to assist.... both he and Karen were great to work with and Evan was a very knowledgeable automotive technician...... great experience at Baumann tiffin location..

I purchased my vehicle from Megan at Baumann and she was great. Megan worked with me on a fair price with no pressure to purchase. The purchasing process was easy and Megan helped me set up my I phone on the infotainment system and spent time explaining the system to me. Megan also showed me the dealership including the service area. Everyone I met and talked to was very nice and courteous. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

You know, been shopping on line for sometime. This Jeep so clean, low miles, not scratch on it for being seven years old. Really I stole this vehicle off there lot in Tiffin, Ohio.
I'm old, so technology not my foray, but there customer service outstanding, they called, texted, introduced me to my salesmen Jerry . Drove the Jeep, within half block was mine. He and Matt finacer, did rest.
