“Fortunately, I had a much better experience than most of the reviewers had. I paid off a car years ago (paid if off early with no penalty) but the bank was still holding a lien on the vehicle. I called and spoke with Breanna. She very professional and responsive. Since I called late in the day, she let me know I’d have the release first thing the next morning. She was true to her word.”
