Awesome experience all around!!! Bought a new to us, used (trade-in), Sportsman 500 from Thad at The Toy Store in Thornville. Made the drive up from Cincinnati and am not disappointed at all. Thad was very responsive to all my requests; online, on phone, and in person. Highly recommend The Toy Store!!!

Jeff was excellent to work with throughout the process of educating me on the ranger and the current promotions. My intent on visiting the toy store was to price compare the ranger with their competitors. Jeffs knowledge of the UTV’s was exceptional along with providing me with a level of confidence on their commitment to customer satisfaction. This is why I made the purchase. This was my first time buying a buggy and I could not say anything but my experience was super amazing!! Mr. Ward was a phenomenal sales man and very informative, and did his best to give me the best deal. I was super shocked he was able to get me into a new buggy with a monthly payment that was way lower than any other competitor who sold the same buggy in surrounding counties. Even after the purchased was willing to walk me step through step on how the machine works. If you do not go to the Toy Store to buy your buggy then you are truly missing out!! I will do business with no body else but them. Very pleased and very grateful! Thank you.

Outstanding experience. Mechanics stopped what they were doing to work on my truck/trailer so I would be street legal hauling my purchase. Thad even made a run for parts. Took over an hour and there was no charge. Highly recommended.
