Great buying experience, had an issue with a hose that came off the engine and flooded the engine bay on my switch but the dealer fixed it right away. Had a couple other small issues but all was resolved quickly. Ordered new accessories and one item was not even close to what I ordered Had to end up taking it back and wait for replacement. The dealer wanted to ship it to me at my cost so I ended up asking for a refund and will get another online. Overall they are a good dealer and I would buy from them again. See BOB for your sea-doo needs. I would have added the 5th star if my item that was incorrect from BRP was shipped to me as I live almost 2 hours away.Update the dealership shipped the accessories and all is now well..very happy

Bob and the team at Rival are great! Bob made working a deal remotely, possible and we greatly appreciate that. Even with Bob running a busy store, it was simple to get information needed to put this all together. We are so excited to get out and start enjoying the new buggy!

I worked with Bob. He was super friendly and answered any questions great. They weren’t pushy, made sure I was educated and had my questions answered. Once I decided to purchase, the whole experience went super smoothly and they were very good about keeping the process moving so that it didn’t take forever. Definitely would go back if I was buying another SXS

I ordered a plow from these guys and I was missing parts and the holes were not drilled to the right size. The springs that connect to the plow and the push tube have entirely too much tension and there is no physical way of getting both ends into the holes. Never order a plow from here. Go elsewhere!

Adam and staff have been great dealing with my service issues on my ATV, even after an unpleasant surprise he is working with Can-Am to make sure I'm getting the best case scenario for a bad situation. I'll take all my services there from now on.
