Adam and staff have been great dealing with my service issues on my ATV, even after an unpleasant surprise he is working with Can-Am to make sure I'm getting the best case scenario for a bad situation. I'll take all my services there from now on.

I went to see a used Can-Am Commander. Drove almost 2 1/2 hours form Cleveland, They put a hold fee on my credit card. The Commander was beat up and looked like it had been in a swamp, They claimed they had gone over the machine and it was in good condition. Rival did not even wash it or go over it. They said they would have, but they did not know I was coming (BIG LIE, I scheduled the visit 2 days prior) It had a Broken trunk handle, they did not get all of the nests from the engine compartment, straw/grass sticking in the wheel hubs, mud caked in trunk u channel, etc... I left without buying the machine and they promised to credit the charge to my credit card. A week and 1/2 later they still have not processed the credit. I called 2 days ago and still no credit. I feel like they are total scammers and tried to cheat me. Now they are holding my charge hostage. Complaint to BBB next. They lowered the price of the machine $500 within hours of me leaving

Rival Motorsports lost the key to my quad and refuse to replace it. I drove the quad off my trailer and parked it where they ask me to. Later in the day I receive a call asking where the key is. I said I left it in the quad. Amazing enough, the key "disappeared" and apparently "I took it." They also said they are not responsible for anything that is at there shop if it is stolen. Look elsewhere for your ATV needs.
