Had the best experience popping into Bp. The manager TJ was incredibly helpful and friendly. I asked for directions and he was happy to point us in the right direction. All the staff seemed very bright and cheerful and welcoming considering the high volume of people due to a festival.

Went in and got gas and an energy drink and on top of that charge got a 125 hold charge that never went back on my card. Called their customer service and on top of having to wait 3 to 5 business days to see if it went back on my card I had to wait another 7 to 10 for them to tell me that oh that charge got put back even though it did not. Sooooo note to anyone going there go inside and prepay if you have to use that gas station because they will scam you and now I have to go through my bank. Not worth the headache to go to this one.

I just always enjoy BP always super clean and bright well stocked and typically open all night expensive on the snacks but I imagine reality it’s just a tiny bit more maybe I should start using my BP card

The condition of the store as far as garbage, restrooms full, the entire grounds are littered with trash every trashcan is full and OVERFLOWING , garbage all over the mulch outside the doors, ashtrays are full. Beverage area not stocked, cups stacked on counter, ridiculous for being a new location. If anyone would c clean the bathroom they noticed in the ladies room. There’s a toilet leak when you flush it flows out of the plumbing.. See it’s an embarrassment for this area and your management. Upon ready your response To initial complaints I prefer not to have your standard response, which is shown on every review I read I would prefer personal attention to this as I am a member of this community and as far as I’m concerned, this is unacceptable.

Dirty. Bathrooms are disgusting! Cashiers rude and told me to go somewhere elese when I ask why they couldn't get me a product! I'll never be back to this place or any other again!

This store was built directly across the street from a large concert venue with the soul intention of profiting from the concert goers. On days of the show this store closes the bathrooms and adds Porta John's in their lots. Normally that would be OK but these Porta potties are not cleaned for weeks at a time and can be smelled across the lot.
