The Athletic Zone is a great place to work out. The machines are easy to use and available. The staff is excellent! I did physical therapy for my knee surgery and shoulder surgery. The physical therapist are top- notch. The gym takes Silver Sneakers insurance for senior citizens. It is located in Thornville and is open most days.
