“Stopped into The Plains store today about 5pm. Dom I think his name was is a very good employee. He said hello when I entered with a smile on his face. When I asked where the item I was looking for was he took me right to where it was. Very pleasant young man! You are lucky to have such an employee.”
“Well they had what I needed and it wasn't crowded but what exactly is that awful smell I have been smelling? It wasn't as strong this trip as it was the last time I was in there. Is it the floor cleaner? Pure ammonia? Something to do with that rat infestation at the other distribution facilities? What ever the deal is it should be addressed because it doesn't seem very healthy to breathe that smell as you shop, it quite literally took my breath the last time and I was worried for my children to breathe it so we had to leave prematurely. I do hope something can be done and we can once again enjoy shopping at the Family Dollar.”
“It's so hard to locate anything in this store. I don't think I have seen such a cluster as with this store. That being said, the employee's working there are as sweet as the day is long. Ill be back that's for sure...”
“Friendly staff, a decent spot to stop for snacks during a long drive and by far the cleanest dollar store I've ever been inside. Seriously, I've been to restaurants not nearly as clean! Definitely recommend this location.”
“I have been to Dollar trees all over the United States as we travel and are from Texas. This is the cleanest, well stocked, with no boxes down in isles. It also has many things you don't see in other dollar stores. The variety and quantity of things was very impressive. I found things that I needed and some things I had looked for and not found yet. Also alot of things I had never seen before. This is also one of the largest Dollar trees that I've been in and was laid out much better than all the others. It helped to make for a very clean store and helpful way to exit without having people in lines on the aisles. Keep up the good job ???”

“Usually have whatever I’m looking for. One complaint is they are never adequately staffed! One person cannot bring merchandise from stockroom to sales floor, stock shelves, maintain displays, prevent shoplifting and man the cash register at the same time. Surely a company with such high profit margin can afford to have at least 2 employees for each shift.”
“There are a lot of products to choose from. Definitely the best shop for almost anything you forgot on your grocery list or your bbq. 4 stars because the aisles are very small and hard for more than 1 person to navigate thru them. It definitely makes me feel like I have to hurry and not take my time.”
“This family Dollar has Exceptional service!? And also has a pretty good variety of things you need and if you craft they have your basic needs ? wheelchair accessible....parking can be shotty sometimes...because the trucks have to park in the main lot.”

“I live alone, I am amazed with foods cold or frozen that are aimed towards living alone or just the right size to share a picnic/ lunch without leftovers. My perfect go to stop for snacks, birthday card, gift bags such a nice selection.”
