Moved into a house Oct 2021 with an existing home theater. Couldn't get anything to work and many things obviously didn't. Contacted another local AV Co 3 times with no reply, even talked to them on the phone once to leave my info with no return call.I contacted Perfect Solutions AV next and got contacted back quickly. An appt was made and Brian arrived on time and began to look over what I had. He was quickly able to get my DVD player and projector working but explained the issues I had. He explained all options I had for good, better and best and left andnsent me quotes later that day. Hr expected no money for getting it operational and I could have left it go from there.After discussing the options with my wife we decided to let them do a full upgrade. Things took a few weeks to come in with delays of everything going on. Brian stayed in communication the entire time. Once everything was in an appt was made for isntall.Brians crew Larry and I don't recall the other guy showed exactly on time and began to get things ready. Great guys also, very personable yet professional. Every special request I had was taken care of such as using the basement entrance only as my wife and babies needed quiet upstairs to sleep. Plus others. Install was great and I was shown how everything worked.The new system was amazing compared to the old and we are in love with it all. Needed help with a network upgrade a few days later that involved the theater and Larry and Brian were quick to help. There was also a small video issue the day after isntall. Larry was quickly to reply by email and phone to teouble shoot. He ended up having to come out and did so that day and was able to figure out a stable issue and got it handled.Cannot recommend this company enough for any AV needs ya have. Great sales and service.

Brian and his team of professionals exceeded our expectations! We were on a very tight timeline to get all the wiring and cabling done before our contractor closed up access to the walls and ceiling; and Perfect Solutions easily met our needs. Later, we worked with them to get all the audio/visual components selected and installed and again, our timeline was not only met, but was done early. After everything was in we had some questions on how to operate some of our new equipment. Larry, from Perfect Solutions worked with us and finally came over, on his own time, after hours, to show us what to do. I highly recommend Perfect Solutions for their expertise, professionalism, and attention to details.

We've been working with Brian and the Perfect Solutions team for many years now. At first we installed Sonos and other upgrades in an existing house, and then started over from scratch when we built a new house that has virtually everything electronic tied in to our Control4 system. In both cases it has been a pleasure to work with them, and we are very satisfied with the design, installation and service. Our contractor also found them easy to work with, and the coordination of efforts was seamless. All the guys are great, but a special shout out to Larry Bowman, who has come through for us time and time again.

Brian and his team are very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Extremely easy to work with and took my ideas for my dream theater to the next level, even suggesting architectural changes to our theater room plans that not only enhanced the sound quality but also improved the ambiance! I'm going back to them for my next project and would highly recommend them!

Perfect Solutions is fantastic! They work with you to determine your best options within your budget while protecting your investment for the future. I have had them out several times to continue to upgrade and build on to our system. The automation is easy for the whole family to use and extremely convenient. Anyone can plug in wires and say they do home theater, but Perfect Solutions designs, installs and works with you to get the most out of your investment.

Perfect solutions AV is phenomenal!!! If you want anything from complete home audio visual automation to a simple fix of your home network, these guys can handle any of it. Trust their suggestions on brands and equipment and your AV will be flawless. I'll be using them for many more projects in the future.
