This ups store is one of the cleanest and best kept stores I have been to. Every single employee goes above and beyond for all of their customers. Ashlynn (the manager) does whatever needs to be done to keep her customers and employees happy. I highly recommend this store.

Ashlynn is the manager. I moved all the way across county and I went to the store to have them ship my monitors and Pc all together $3000. I was nervous because I never shipped out that much before, so since I did ship it I made sure I put insurance on my pc. I had the box open so they could see EVERYTHING and package it correctly because like I said before total cost of everything is $3000. When I received my package everything was DESTROYED from my pc glass broken and monitors cracked. My heart shattered because I was shocked and in total panic mode. They didn’t pack my belongings like me agreed on. I made a claim and sent pictures of everything and also spoke to the manger (which she didn’t seem to really care) she was just trying to get me off the phone. The claim got denied for a bogus reason. I gave them (ups store and corporate) a month to come up with a solution and they all gave me the run around. Since I’m currently a student and working .. I had to go to Best Buy and fix my pc immediately! I also had to get new monitors with money I didn’t have because I just moved across the country. All together that cost me $1000. UPS didn’t reimburse me for the damages they caused. So I’m shit out of luck. I’ve been a customer with this company for 15 years and I can honestly say I’m extremely disappointed with the manager and the employees. I will never return.

I had an issue with a missing package being returned to Amazon, and the manager Chad at the Tallmadge UPS store was very helpful in getting a refund for my return.

Had a great experience yesterday by the manager Chad in assisting me in the new $ grab that amazon is secretly doing in regards to shipping large items back. Chad represents how a manager should a run a store, by assisting and being true to each customer.

This is my go-to UPS Store for amazon returns. Be sure to bring the amazon scan or label so that UPS can ensure that amazon pays for the return ... Without that, the UPS Store can not charge amazon.
PROs:
CUSTOMER SERVICE: They are very helpful, knowledgeable, and careful - with every package.
HIGH TECH: They even have a self-service area for amazon returns if you don't need packaging.
AMAZON EXPERTISE: If you do need to pay for some packaging, they will give you a number to call to get reimbursement from amazon (You have to let Amazon know why you didn't have the original packaging for return ... damaged box, lost box ...).
CONs: The parking lot is usually packed when Wally Waffles is open, so it is best to do business with the UPS Store after Wally Waffles closes (after 2pm Mon-Fri) or plan to park in the parking lot across the street by the medical center (Sat-Sun before 3pm, Mon-Fri before 2pm).

I had a very pleasant first experience at The UPS Store in Tallmadge 7/29/24 shortly before noon with the young gentleman at the counter. Based on this experience, I wouldn't hesitate to return in the future. He explained the return process to me and even encouraged me to take a picture of the product I was returning. He genuinely seemed to enjoy his job. I just wish I had gotten his name. 5 stars!

Went to return from Amazon (Free Returns) but then had to wait for almost 2 hours (no line nor busy) just to return them. Then here's the good part, they CHARGED me for shipping when Amazon has a Free Return policy. The manager then told me "Oh I am gonna have to charge you but you can call Amazon and LIE to them about the products were damaged". Short story.. never gotten my refund neither from Amazon since they didn't charge me for the shipping and nor did I get a refund from This UPS store.

The manager.Chad was phenomenal. You just cannot ask for a better manager that provides A+ customer service. You can’t ! He went so above and beyond what too notch Customer service should be. We spent a total of over 7 hours in his store he manages to deal with an Amazon and 3rd party seller return. This gentlemen Chad handled it with passion and care. He was to the point and went the extra miles to resolve the packaging issue with Amazon. What a great experience at the Tallmadge location. Chad needs a promotion!
