It took me a while to write this, but it also took my claim a long time (full disclosure) It was not Talmage collision‘s fault that it took longer. It was Covid and logistical problems getting part that caused problems not Tallmadge Collision. These guys are great. They work their tails off. They’re 100% transparent(ask them any little question), and when you come back with an issue that issue gets fixed in my case the bed cover wasn’t sealing back up after my accident and after it was fixed, and they had it in their shop twice, trying to fix it and eventually it had to be taken to a Chevy dealership to be replaced turns out there was a recall (again not their fault)! They stuck with me through that when other people could’ve just brushed me aside and said that’s not our problem! Blaire handled everything with me I worked worked at body shops growing up one of the best body shops back in the day was in my family so I know a thing or 2 but Blaire blew me away he’s so competent and knowledgeable about actual bodywork. He breaks it down to you. He makes sure you know what’s getting done or replaced no question is too small Long story short he’s not gonna talk to you like a sales rep and your truck or car is gonna be done right and should there be an issue they handle it because there work is guaranteed for life I hands down recommend them to everyone just like the nice woman I just got into a wreck with 2 weeks ago….. YES my truck and her car are at Tallmadge collision and it’ll be done right AGAIN I have no fear!! Thanks Tallmadge Collision but I hope I never come back your an expensive date with that $1000 deductible!!

This will be my second or third time coming here. Carl has helped me each time. Not only Carl but including the rest of the staff makes sure you always leave satisfied with your vehicle. I can confirm each time I have come here I am always treated with kindness and left happy with my vehicle. I will continue to come here with my car needs and will always recommend this place to my family and friends.

I had an amazing experience at Tallmadge Collision. They communicated through every step of the process. This is the first accident I’ve ever been in and they put all of my worries to rest, they really do fight to get your insurance to cover the damages. They went above and beyond on my car, I self installed Apple car play in my car just before I got in my accident and there was a gap in the radio display. They fixed it without me asking and free of charge. It really is the small things. I highly recommend this company.

I had a great experience with Tallmadge Collisions Centers. Chris gave me an estimate, and was very gracious. I checked around and as difficult as it was to get someone to answer the phone at other places, I was able to get 3 more estimates. Collision Centers answered the phones, had great customer service, wanted to help the customer, gave me the best prices, and Chris did an excellent job on my van. Thank you to everyone at Tallmadge Collisions Centers especially Chris, you made it all worth it.

My experience with TCC was incredible from start to finish. Dealing with an insurance claim isn't always the best, but Robert ensured I was informed, comfortable, and taken care of the entire time. It was such a great experience working with them. My car looks beautiful inside and out. I will forever recommend TCC to everyone!

This place is absolutely spectacular as is Chris Plaugher and Jamie who work here. I took my car to get looked at after it had broken down on me and had my alternator, steering power issues, front pads and front rotors, etc., fixed. My car now drives a million times better, as if it is brand new thanks to them. I take my dogs to go on car rides with me all the time and so it was the nicest surprise to get in my car and see that Chris even cleaned my seats! Very appreciative with how much hard work was put into fixing my vehicle.

I had some work done on my car last year at another Portage county body shop and had to wait over a month to get my car in, and the results were not worth the long wait.
My car was repaired in less than one week after I took it in for the estimate and TCC started work the next day. Robert made sure that everything with insurance and my rental went smoothly. The detailer even cleaned the interior of my car back to looking like it was brand new!
I HIGHLY recommend Tallmadge Collision Centers. Their work and customer service is exceptional!

Excellent communication and fantastic work. They were up front about their workload, and had us drop off car when they could work it into the schedule. It was still in driving condition, so no reason to drop it off too early. Very pleased with the result, and they dealt directly with the insurance company of the driver who hit my daughter for the additional damage that couldn't initially be found. Highly recommend! Jeff was great, but I suspect everyone there is of the same caliber. Car looks & runs great!

Update 4 years later: still awesome!
Robert has some amazing customer service, I highly recommend tallmadge collision. Had an issue with insurance and they did everything they could to help make a bad situation much better!
They have worked on quite a few of my vehicles over the last 20+ years and never any complaints

Shady place! Wow. From the second you walk in you get a bad vibe. I have root insurance which is a well known good insurance and was told a story from these guys about how roots estimates work which was 100% different than what root told me. Then I asked if they would be able to do the work without my 500 deductible if they get enough fromcrheninsieande which I have done several times before at other places and the guy said "we aren't that kind of shop "....ok bye Felicia!
