Great little store. Tons of natural products and lots lots lots of gluten free items. If you are gluten free this is your place. Prices are fine as well. Employees are very nice

This is a healthy foods store. They have plenty of organic and vegan selections. I usually get something from the deli.

I will never shop here again. My nanny was verbally accosted and followed around the store and questioned about items which she had placed on top of the stroller while browsing - which I have ALWAYS done while shopping here with my daughter as it is not feasible to push both a cart and stroller. She was also again questioned at checkout. I am even more upset as I suggested that she come to this shop while waiting for our oil change as I have previously enjoyed visiting. I love supporting small business but will not support a business nor give my money to one that is assuming the worst of people and assuming thieving is happening when it is absolutely not. I will gladly drive further to Whole Foods or Mustard Seed. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I shopped at 7 grains today and I purchased from their prepared foods 4 pieces of delicious salmon 3 pieces of prepared haddock Brussel sprout salad 1/4 lb Cole slaw 1/2 lb Green beans 1/2 lb 47$$. at least 6 meals BEST VALUE and I don't have to cook Everthing is well seasoned!!

I will never shop here again. They claim that their signs are clear but I did not realize that what they said “beef” was not actual beef, but vegan for their prepared food until after I ate it! It was so disgusting and I had to spit out. They should never say “beef” if it is not made with actual beef. I found it very misleading and deceptive marketing.Also, as other reviewers pointed out, this place sells expired items! I bought items that were expired as well.

I've been shopping here for a long time and really like the store. Only one complaint-- please find a way to stop using trans fats in baked goods. (Can't really call yourself a health food store otherwise)

By far, my favorite natural food market in summer county. I applied for a job and never. We seek to response even though I filled out the application as requested in person. I was really hoping To be able to work there and shop at afterwards. I'll stay a customer but I am disappointed that I didn't get any kind of view action to my excellent application.

As a no sulphates organic wine drinker, this place has a good selection. Seven grains is a great specialty market to get those organic items which are a must. For me this is not an everyday, store because most staples can be found for a better price at other stores.

This is a fantastic health food store. They're stuff is really high quality; they have some of the best apples I've ever had. The milk they have in the glass jugs is local and it so much better than the regular stuff at the store. I definitely recommend!

Handy little store - have the best off season oranges I have had locally- they are more expensive than the local grocery stores but the taste makes it all worth it for an oj conasurer

I've been looking for a specialty/diet food store since I moved to Ohio and this is going to be my new fave! They had such unique products and low calorie finds that I can usually only get on Amazon. But they had vegan meat I didn't even know existed!

I've long awaited to visit this place. Depending on where you're coming from, you have to fight the traffic circle once or twice on your journey here. Parking here is plentiful and I was browsing the store and found some of my favorite hard to find drinks, food, fruits and various hard to find items. It's definitely not cheap but for the health conscious that want to support a small organization, this is the place to go!
