Chad was amazing throughout the whole process. He took so much time in the early stages to explain processes and concepts to me so I could understand what was going on during my first home purchase. At one point I had a bit of a set back and thought closing would be delayed, but Chad somehow got everything done to meet the original closing date. He made the whole experience much less stressful.
