Came right when they opened at 7:30 because bloodwork had to be after fasting, waited for literally over an hour. I have never been somewhere so slow.

Worst ever, checked in, watched several also check in on kiosk..and said walk ins...4 went before us. We made an appointment after being there for 45 minutes. Then, our schedule time past after waiting an hour and a half total we asked. They said four more people were still going before us that signed on the kiosk when they got there... They also said they will not take appointments first. After that's what they told us when we first got there...it was absolutely ridiculous...you need to bring back the lady that was there before. She was super nice and fast and got people in and out and in order...

I have gone to this lab for years . I read some reviews stating how long they have waited - I must just time it right . Went in , entered my info in kiosk this afternoon and was called right back. Two other people came in after me , went around 4 . For whatever reason I was kinda nervous today 😬, not sure why, gal was great so friendly , expedient and the draw was totally painless 🤓

The technicians are all top notch but the quest corporation as a whole is subpar and greedy . Lab care plus was a much more client friendly business , it wasn't about corporate greed and numbers . If there were any other options than quest I would certainly utilize it .

Very strange company. I had specific questions about them being in my insurance network and sending my results to my cardiologist and endocrinologist. There is absolutely no way to speak to anyone via phone to answer my questions. Very bizarre company and I will no be using their services.

Very disappointing experience today. Waited 20 minutes, light was off in the receptionist area, 3 people waiting ahead of me, and not one person came to the window. Had to give them a 1 star to post, but they really deserved a no star.

This is our go to lab for bloodwork! We usually get in & out in a timely manner and the girls are always nice. They have a new check in kiosk, fairly simple to use. Mornings seem to be pretty busy and will probably result in a little wait so we always go in the afternoons. Parking is close, first floor so no elevators, and easy to access if you're disabled. Definitely recommend!

Avoid this place. First, comically slow. Second, their check-in system is truly confused -- they actually have a sign that says not to use the tablet to check-in if one has an appointment, and they send a text to verify if you have an appointment, and the staff has no clue how to work with that system. You wait and wait as walk-ins get served and appointments just sit there. They do not seem to know what they are doing. This used to be a very efficient place to get a draw, but not any longer. Summa's bad for trying to save a few $$.
