I called in to schedule an appointment for my car to be picked up on Tuesday so 10:00am called in I was told 8am-12pm for pick ups .ok called back at 4:00 pm . Now it’s, it was scheduled for wait . The manager had the audacity to sound frustrated and it’s a privilege to be on the phone with .NOBODY is going to be happy literally after being told the total opposite of what you were scheduled for .I rely on my car for a commute back and forth to work. Funny how nice and respectful and helping they are hound you down send emails,texts messages voicemails if you don’t answer for you to purchase a car for service it’s unprofessional tones and no follow ups.

Park Ford is a good place to buy a pickup truck. They know what they are talking about, treat you well and make the buying experience easy. Ty Davis is a great guy to work with- he answered my questions and treated me fairly. I recommend him and Park Ford.

Everytime I use Ford Service I feel like their goal is to make my bill as large as possible not just fix what needs fixed. I would much rather use anyone other then Park Ford or and other Ford dealer. Leaning toward a Nissan for my next vehicle and I worked at Ford and have been driving ford vehicles for over 40 years.

Had such a great experience purchasing my Outer Banks from Ty at Park Ford! Other dealers tried to talk me into pricier models/packages I didn't want or need. With Ty, I got the exact Bronco I wanted at a fair price. Highly recommend!

I waited almost 2 hours which is ridiculous. I also did not get a sticker on my windshield to let me know when my next oil change will be. They also tried to tell me I would need new back breaks soon when I literally just had them done less than a month ago. Also the price is crazy how was my car more expensive than my dad's truck for an oil change when his truck takes more oil and is a newer truck?

Awesome experience buying a car here. I usually like holding on to old cars and keeping them alive, but I decided to break tradition and treat my wife to a new Expedition. She loves it. Every member of the staff we interacted with were very easy to work with and engaged in the deal. Got what I thought was a very fair value for my trade. Warranty is kind of unreal with respect to what's covered for the price you pay. Got me financed through Ford credit at 2.9%. Not sure what more you can ask for on the business end of the deal. Salesman Francis gave us his cell phone number in case we forget how to use one of the 9 million cool features or buttons or other cool stuff that came with the car. Even talked to the owner Mike, he's a really nice guy. It's obvious this place gets it. It seems like genuinely wanting to take care of the customer is going by the wayside these days, but luckily Park Ford is old fashioned as far as that goes. It was a pleasure to do business here and I'll be back to buy a truck for myself. Thanks so much guys

I was advised that the Cabin Filter needed to be replaced.
My vehicle does not have a Cabin Filter.
I was advised that I needed Brakes, Front at 1mm and Rear at 3mm. I took the vehicle to two independent Brake Shops who inspected the brakes and found them to be 3mm Front and 5mm Rear, replacement not required yet.
Now I feel that service recommendations can no longer be trusted.
