After viewing the installation, I was hospitalized when installation took place. We noted the installation did not match final drawing. The ramp wasto be centeted , it was not.After several discussions and texts we were informed it would be corrected and was in fact scheduled; only to be informef it would not be cortectrd. Safety issues?Why didn't tje salesman know i frontot was a safety issue? They just didn't want to correct it.We teceived a nominal reductoon in price for ths imconvenience.

Scheduling the appointment was the hardest part! I mean that as I have a busy schedule and needed to find time...Frank showed up (as he has for 2 previous installs) and was professional, cheerful, and shared any concerns he had. Installation was great when the job was done (hence the need for - count them - 3 different installs. We determined what was needed as we went along).Highly recommend!

HE came fix our chair lift out front of the house and did a good job fixing it by replacing the batteries with the new ones plus he check everything’s over to make sure it was working properly .
