Gabby is so helpful ! I actually entered her name on their website , and I’m hoping, with fingers crossed, she gets recognized. I struggle with writing as well as entering and she quickly picked up on my issues and offered to help. Her kindness and cheery attitude made my embarrassing moment disappear . Thank you , Gabby , i truly appreciate you.

I was at the pharmacy last night and Gabrielle D. was very rude. Giant Eagle Pharmacy needs to do a better job at training employees like Gabrielle D. on their customer service skills because her behavior was unacceptable. Please don't continue to allow Gabrielle D. to work at the pharmacy counter until she can demonstrate better customer service skills. Thank you!!!

Some pharmacy team members are as rude as it gets. On multiple occasions they thought it would be funny to make jokes about children being ill and about customers having to wait longer times than quoted. They also rarely have medicines for children in stock behind the counter, as that is not their demographic.Howe Ave. is much larger, more accessible, and incredibly caring!

I would like to thank the deli employee Teresa she's always so courteous very fast and friendly . there is the manager older lady who works in the same deli department shes very mean rude and snappy I've never seen her any other way I'm going to report her to cooperate office but I will continue to shop there just avoid the deli situation

I ordered 20 balloons yesterday and I was told they would be ready by my needed time, today at 4. they were not and the female manager was not apologetic or kind. she was curt and didn't even seem to care. Her attitude made the situation worse. Left with no balloons .. very poor customer service especially being that we were dealing with a manage

Excellent service, even though I was late! (Called ahead). Had COVID booster (online only appt), & flu shots! Higi station worked ,except wouldn't acknowledge my LogIn info. Rcd results @ my email.

I have to use this pharmacy multiple times a month for meds for my special needs child. They are kind and compassionate when dealing with last minute med changes. They are efficient and and excellent at their profession. I highly recommend them.

This place is always clean and well stocked even at the height of the pandemic. They have clearly posted signage for policy changes and the personnel are helpful.
