Had an appointment to fix driver side mirror. Went to appointment. Was told after we arrived that the part was not in yet. We made a new appointment. Called the day before to make sure part was there. They said it was. When we arrived for the appointment they told us it was the wrong mirror. They ordered the passenger side mirror instead of the driver side. Every time you call you are put on hold for 10-15 minutes and passed around to different departments.

I would not recommend either buying or servicing your car here. I am a long time Ford customer who now buys from another service provider. almost all of my contacts with them are negative. in sum, I can say that they are not customer centered and only are concerned with upselling, and maximizing their profit. In addition, I have had to instruct them where to find a solutions to a problem I was having. Just too many problems to list. Yo will be happier at almost any other service provider.

I wish I could give this place a zero, terrible and unreliable service. From the beginning when we bought the car the breaks made a terrible squeaking noise when you reversed, took it in right away they did a "test drive" and they didn't see anything wrong with it. My wife was told "it's just new breaks and they need to be broke in and there might be a little dust on them." Ok I guess that might be believable, a couple weeks later we get a screw in the tire we take it back and explain that the breaks a still squeaking, we get the same run around that nothings wrong with it. Driving on Akrons roads we put another screw and another bolt in the same tire, we take it back because we bought the extra insurance that protects tires and rims, they refused to replace the tire that's only a month old because they "patched the tire and it's good as new". Fast forward now 5 months, the breaks are still squeaking in reverse and now there is a grinding noise. We take it back explain that we've had this issue since the beginning, they look at it and told there's nothing wrong and send us on our way. This isn't my first time driving a car or having breaks go bad, so I know what metal on metal break grinding sounds like. So now I will have to go to a different auto shop and pay to fix a problem that should've been covered. Moral of the story they are terrible!! When you buy the extra insurance and are told as long as you bring the vehicle back to Park Ford you'll be covered. We were told from now on we are going to have to start paying for our visits. The guy at the desk suggested we not bring it back here because they weren't going to take care of the issue. Sarchione Ford/Chevy is local and they actually take care of their customers, go buy their vehicle and use their service.The only bright spot to this experience was our salesman, Mike, he was awesome! He explained everything to us and made the process flawless. Really disappoint that the service department can't follow through and take care of the customer. Will not be back or recommend.

The best sales service time. So professional like And kindExcellent customer drive.may brakes were done fire I had job interviews. The Service team made me tell better worrying about getting a job teal They has my car done Saturday I dropped it off that morning. Brakes fixed. Ps thanks t I got the job! Thank you

Dennis and Rob absolutely knows what good customer service is all about. I highly recommend them regardless of brand of car.
