Great experience! Husband took 2014 Ford Fusion to get waterpump put on. Tried 3 other places before this but this place was only one that had tool to put new waterpump and new timing chain in place! Worth the $1200 we spent!

We've been a customer of CCC for years and it is always a great experience. Everyone is friendly and the mechanics are thorough and honest. They always do a full inspection but they are not pushy if they find anything else wrong. They give their recommendations but leave it up to the customer to make the final call.Thank you all for keeping me and my family safe on the road!

My daughter scheduled an appointment to have her power steering fixed. She had already purchased a steering rack since that’s what the seller told her she needed replaced when she purchased the vehicle. Christopher’s went ahead and ordered additional parts they could charge her for and just replaced the rack without any diagnosing until after they upcharged her 7 hours for a job that’s on the books for at most 3.5, that she didn’t ultimately need. She still has no power steering and now they want another $1000 to replace her pump. Don’t go here. The dishonesty is immeasurable. Every employee was more than happy to take money my daughter saved months for and give her nothing in return. The rudeness given to us when we asked questions about why parts were ordered and a steering rack replaced BEFORE any diagnosis was done was entirely unacceptable. I was accused of not raising my child properly since she jumped the gun and proactively sourced her own parts. For context my daughter is 19 and this is her first car. I hope they all sleep well tonight after they shook her down today. She’ll spend the rest of the summer saving for an honest mechanic to get her on the road, thank you for ruining her summer.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Felt very comfortable. My car needed an alignment. I made an appointment. They checked my car and told me what it would cost before doing any work. The pricing was reasonable. I will be taking my car back for future service needs!

I had an appointment scheduled at 7:30am. Christopher's was notified I needed a ride back to my house to for an 8:45am meeting. I was told that my ride would be available a little after 8. I was never told when my ride would be ready and everyone in the back area were laughing and having a good time. At 8:25 I told the receptionist that I needed to reschedule my appointment as I had a meeting and needed to get home. The receptionist told Christopher that I was going to reschedule and he came out of his office very angry. He started yelling a me that he would be ready to give me a ride home in a couple minutes. I told him that I would just reschedule. Christopher then said "go ahead and reschedule. Better yet, just don't even reschedule" and walked away. I asked the receptionist why is he so angry that I, the customer, want to reschedule and she said she did not know. He came back out and said that he is very angry that I am rescheduling because now he has an open slot in his day. I work for my son who owns an amazon delivery service that I manage. I train my team on safety and customer service. I stress to the team to deliver each package as they are delivering it to their mother because great customer service will keep a company in business. It is funny we stress customer service and Christopher's stresses keeping their schedule full. The secretary said that the soonest they can get another car in for service was 5 days so a good manager would just call a waiting customer and move that appointment up. Christopher is not astute enough to move another appointment up and thinks good customer service is to abuse the customer. My car is being serviced at another shop that values customers and not a full schedule.
