Went in today for a walk-in, they squeezed me in immediately and My haircut was perfect for only $15, the beautician who cut my hair was super friendly and we had a nice chat, she did a beautiful job and cut my hair exactly how I asked her too. I would definitely go back for a second cut!

Horrible costumer care and attitude. I couldn't get out fast enough. I had gotten a cut from a stylist before and the cut was pretty good and the stylist was nice but you could tell she wasn't too enthusiastic. Im not to picky about my hair and I just wanted to find someone who could become familiar with what I like. I left a fantastic tip (mistake). Next time I called and made an appointment with the same stylist. When I arrived she was just beginning to cut someone else's hair and nobody even addressed I was there. They eventually said it will be a long time before I can get a haircut so scheduling an appointment was worthless. Amazingly the same thing happened the next day. This hole deserves to go out of business.
