I have been a client of Accurate Medical Supply for 4 years. This company supplies my diabetic shoes. The staff is responsive to my needs. They are fast and efficient. AMS contacts my doctor, gets my prescription, fits my feet and in a timely manner gets my shoes. They are a no hassle company. The owner, Anita, is informed, knowledgable, courteous, professional, and caring. If you need diabetic shoes, Accurate Medical Supply is the company to go with.

There is zero communication. If there’s a problem, they don’t follow up. I called multiple times, and no one ever returned my call, and when I finally reached a person they were rude and hung up on me.Honest review.Not what I want to put, but reviews are meant to be honest

If you’re going to deal with disabled people treat them with respect first of all! I’ve been sleeping in a power chair for months now, because I’m unable to sleep in my bed. I was approved for a lift chair called this morning and talking to a lady named ( Dawn) she told me hold on she was talking . Since when do we treat disabled people with such disrespect? If this is a case, perhaps Dawn shouldn’t be in this business and perhaps this company needs to watch their employees a little bit better or much better in my opinion. If I could give you less than one star I would!! Buckle up boys and girls. This is a long review. I am a patient of multiple sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis. This is a company that has denied me. Even a way to take a bath by denying me wipes to clean myself. It also let me add my husband has multiple sclerosis they brought a bath chair set it down in the bedroom, and expected him to do it himself . It’s appalling to me I have to wonder if if they’re doing people like myself That are coherent how then I have to ask myself are they doing people that are not so it’s time to speak up and speak out. Learn your job. Really simple you probably shouldn’t be in this line of work.

This company is amazing. Anita and all the employees are very nice and call every once in a while to remind you of pregnancy necessities that you might need to reorder. With my pregnancy brain this was a huge help I really appreciate all the help they offer.

I forget the name of the lady that helped me but she was very nice! Went in for a pair of wrist braces. They did not have the left one in my size in stock but got it shipped up from Canton the next day. Great service. They had non-stop phone calls for the 20 mins I was there so apparently they are always busy! So keep that in mind if you stop in or give them a call.

This has got to be one of the best places I have been to for my medical supplies.. the atmosphere is always welcoming and they have everything in stock that I've needed..Debbie is the greatest at making sure I have what I need when I need it and everyone there even knows me by name and are always asking how everything is progressing, they really care about their clients and their health..

I advised that they could improve by having their staff trained or if not sure, simply state that, customers would prefer truthfulness. Other than that, very friendly and helpful staff. They didn't have enough of what I needed and they placed an order and will call me next week when it arrives and assured me that , in the future, my needs will be on hand. Thanks for the great help!
