Updating my review I purchased a car from them it broke down a week latter every mechanic I took it to said they had to have known that the car was going to break because they cleared the codes to get me to buy it within the week engine seized they said they had to use there shop which blew my mind because it would be the same person they used to hide everything in the first place I and a auto but paid to tow it there got told motor was bad but they would put a new one in it with less then 30k but I would have to pay so I did wanting to keep driving was told a week they had it for 3 then I get a call saying the transmission was also bad will have to pay more I did they told me to pick it up the next day which didn’t seem right but went up there there was no oil dip stick the heat shield on the exhaust manifold was missing they tore out all my led lights just ripped them out by force broke all wires the motor was knocking rusted and the Trans has mud all over it also rusted tore out my plastic in wheel wells didn’t put bots in motor mount charged me 600 for a throttle controller that they didn’t replace ran the vin on the motor came out of a totaled car with 196k I flipped out they said they would fix if I towed it to them had it another 2 weeks and everything is exactly the same just put a dipstick in it told me I couldn’t pick it up must have it towed to me at my expense get it back called every day then after a month I said if you won’t fix it I won’t pay got cussed at several times by all employees told if I kept calling the would have me arrested threatened me over the phone Motor seized again total miles drove in car less then 800 I bring it to another shop without telling them where I got it they knew by my story abc they looked it over turns out they put the wrong motor in it which is why it wouldn’t mount the reason it seized because they put sealant in the heads even though they charged me for the seal and they didn’t change the pcm which is what was causing it to shift crazy they tried to tell me it’s the shop but if you look it up abc dba and I and a auto are all owned my the same person they will run you in circles o well you owe us at dba we have nothing to do with who sold you the car abc o well you are going to have to go after the shop we are abc they are I and a this company is a master at screwing people over who are trying to get out of bad situation or build there credit to sell you a car they bought at skipco auction for $200 for over 20k

If I could give no stars I would. Crystal called and texted me everyday for a month. She told me I was all the way approved in texts that I still have more than 3x. I explained to her multiple times that I lived over an hour away. She promised me the application was completely approved, my ride could leave after dropping me off,thank God She didn't, and id leave with a car. I told her several times the car I wanted was at the bedord location, she told me last week they had it transferred over, then yesterday when I said the site still shows bedford she said they got it today. When I pulled in this morning it still wasn't there. I told crystal what my income was and my credit almost 700 and I'd be putting down $1000, she said I was all the way approved and it would take only 90 mins, she is nothing but a liar. She didn't even apologize for her multiple lies. I told her several times I'd rather go to bedford cuz they had better looking cars. The car I choose was one of their older vehicles,cheaper price. They are conartists and liars. I have every text she sent me from the last month. After not even having the vehicle she said was there 2x she told me I had to give them another $1000. I told her I lived over an hour away. They don't care if they cost ppl money they obviously don't have and waste their time. Do not go there. Hell JDbyrider is atleast honest. Crystal and the rednecks at that store should all be ashamed of themselves.

My son has never missed a payment on his car from this place in 2 years and has had nothing but problems with from the minute he took it off the lot. **** warranty is nothing but a joke, and ********** are thieves. My son has tried to do a trade in with this vehicle at other more better dealerships and has been told by every single place that he is upside down in this vehicle. *** get card from junkyards, refurbishes them and sells them for $17,000 and the are only worth $2,000 if that. All people, who have posted reviews about ***, **** Warranty need to get together and sign a petition and submit it to the Ohio Attorney General to get an investigation done on their practices and get people compensated money for the money they have to keep shelling out for continuous repairs and also my son just got a great paying job with awesome benefits that is an hour and 9 minutes away and if he ends up having to quit his job because once again the vehicle from *** is broke down then they should also have to be responsible for compensating people when they loose a job do to ********** selling refurbished junkyard cars to people

Have been a customer for 2.5 years, went to build my significant others credit, as a co-signer they only booster from 7k approval to 13k approval. Gave me a list of vehicles that were around that price range, tried to push a car upon us not allowing us to voice our concerns. Then tried to push a vehicle which we have already just in a different color. When I called about a vehicle that was the SAME price. They tripled the down payment. They falsely advertise on there website for your “ABC Rewards” they are not used for any vehicle you purchase “ONLY are able to be used when you are trading in your current vehicle” is what they are claiming but there website says otherwise. Then want to argue they are right and the customers are wrong when clearly it’s in black and white. Can’t get a number for anyone other than the 2 sales managers which are in cahoots with eachother and don’t really care about customers like Mr. Snellenberger (the owner) would want. They only care about what they are making at the end of the day not worried about their customers needs. They have a huge turn over rate. Every time I’ve went just to browse no one comes to the lot to greet you they wait til you walk inside.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! Read the Bad reviews!!!! Their little "As Is" clause protects them from taking responsibility for selling you a car with serious issues THEY KNEW it had. (SO MANY PPL MAKING PAYMENTS ON CARS THAT DONT FUNCTION ANYMORE) With their "comprehensive quality assessment" they sent me one receipt for an OEM converter as proof of their assessment. And I had to call for weeks to get somebody to send it. Meanwhile the car needed thousands in work. Their warranty place takes SO long to respond, that some shops won't work with them and others insist they have a direct text line to them, as to not keep customers waiting. Everytime my cars in the shop, I'm without my car for at least a week. One time for 10 days and they conveniently didn't have a rental, even tho our contract says they have to issue one. Last Thursday they were supposed to send me the shop information for where to send my car, it's now 5 days later and they still haven't contacted me. I had to call every shop in town and ask if my car was on their roster. And they admitted they dislike dealing with Lisa just as much. ABC, DBS Financial, Lisa Warranty, it's so clear that they just want your money and don't give af about YOU and your safety or your transportation
