Nice family owned business! Great place to buy and/or sell your things. I like the people I've dealt with however I don't appreciate being mocked over the phone by the old man behind the counter, not a very professional approach but whatever makes him feel better about himself.

Meh selection, terrible prices. Bottom 10 antique/thrift store I've ever been to. $180 for a stereo that's on eBay for $140 including shipping. Over $100 for 20 year old window AC units in the winter. $169 for one of them. $200 gets you a new AC unit elsewhere in the summer. $8 for a gross used 3rd party N64 controller. "Prices negotiable" yeah down to 70% off I'm sure.

When reading reviews about Abbey Ann's make sure you're reading the correct location. I'm reviewing the Tallmadge Ave here. This store has true antiques like it's sign boasts, and it should. I'm not an antiquer but was raised by one, and I know what a treasure looks like.

I purchased a few Little Treasures from here & donated a few to them as well. They're always polite and don't mind browsing.

Been shopping here for two decades....but when the original owner was at the helm, there it had much better inventory and prices were much more negotiable. Now the prices are higher than they should be for comparable shops, and there's not as much inventory of unique or interesting truly vintage items.

I enjoy exploring thrift shops like this, where the shelves are crammed with all kinds of potential treasures. They have great deals on anything you could want. And the staff is really helpful, even carrying bigger things to your car.

Stressful. Desperately needs an overhaul. Large piles of junk you have to dig through, shelves stacked so full that stuff sticks out into to the isles, shelves seem like they might fall, kinda dirty and dusty, very dim lighting (take a flashlight, no joke). Broken glass mixed in the with pictures and frames. They have some nice items, but they are mixed in with junk or are way overpriced. With the volume they have, they need to price items to move. May I suggest throwing away the little figurine with 3 or 4 broken limbs or the frame that is warped and no longer lays flat. How about putting sets of measuring cups and spoons together so it doesn't take 30min to find the whole set. They could do WAY better with organization, pricing, and curation. The only person I would recommend go to this shop is someone who really wants corningware. They seem to carry a lot of it.

Everyone at Abbey Ann’s was kind and helpful. I bought a large table and they went above and beyond helping me load it into the car safely. Some really great finds!

All three employees completely ignored me when I walked in, containing their personal conversation, and was ignored when I left.
