Bought a 2015 Chrysler Town and Country. Many, many problems. Faulty key fobs, headlamp out, leaking radiator, bad shock absorbers, hole in exhaust. Pretty clear that the dealer didn’t check the condition at all. Buyer beware!
Now 3 months after the purchase and still having significant problems even after $7,500 of repairs on this piece of junk Ranko sold to me. He protects himself by only selling As Is. So the deal is based on trust. This place is totally unworthy of trust. Please stay away in order to avoid being fleeced.

My brother and I were looking for a wheelchair accessible van for my father and searching online came across this dealer. I called and spoke to Ranko and he said the van that I was looking at was already booked but had another Toyota Sienna and he sent pictures. On Friday evening we agreed will drive from Georgia to pickup the Sienna. Got there he said someone came and purchased the Sienna the night before but apparently the Honda Odyssey he had said was booked was available. We decided to just go ahead and get it. The undercarriage had a thick dark oil like paint work and I did not think much of it but engine sounded ok. Paid him the $14k, drove to Georgia and after a week the car undercarriage started falling apart. It was one heap of corroded metal for almost the entire frame, so bad the wheels came apart and it made sense that the paint was to conceal the rust. Ranko put everyone in danger by knowingly selling us that car and knowing the distance we have to cover. The following day, the Sienna he had said was already bought was listed on the dealer site. When we sent him pictures of the scrap corroded piece of junk he sold us and asked if he could offer some remedy, he did not respond and shrugged it off. Please be warned of buying from this con. Dealership is crooked and dishonest. They illegally wiped check engine lights, 2 of the issues included: seatbelt and airbag defects!!Because of this & other issues with the vehicle: I have been terminated from my job. Now after being promised my title in the mail, they are being unresponsive.If you have experienced this or anything equal: please report them to the proper authorities, BBB and more, I have.Stop swindling people and believing it will go unpunished.

If I could give zero stars, I would.These people just want your money. My handicapped grandfather purchased a handicapped van from them. We had been looking all over for an affordable van that supports wheelchairs. We found one previously before purchasing the one that we purchased from 1st Quality. It was a nice van, however, it had a bad frame and we did not want that to worry about. When coming to 1st Quality, the very first question we asked them was, “In what condition is the frame of the van in?” and their response was that it was in a very good condition. Long story short, we took the van for a brake job only to find out that the frame is in VERY VERY BAD condition, and that we were lied to.Do NOT give these guys your business. If you read previous reviews, there is something always going wrong with cars purchased from them. Proof that they will lie and put you in anything to get the sale.

Ranko is a man of honesty and integrity.I got to tell you my story. I am over 2 hours away. He tells me right away that he has another van coming in tomorrow morning...really clean. He had pictures but sight unseen he said, "I will sell it to you for $$$$$$..a quoted price. Well this van comes in and it is show room condition.... This van is easily worth $2500 more than the quoted price Ranko stood by his word an sold me the van for the quoted price. Fan for life!

The gentleman that helped me was kind, helpful and patient while I gathered funds to pay for a vehicle. With that aside, I would STRONGLY reconsider buying a vehicle here.1) I’m confident they do not service their vehicle before they sell them.2) good luck getting any help from them after you buy and drive off their lot.3) their vehicles are questionable.4) they will throw in your face when they give you a discount. My discount went into paying for a tow service, and service costs. Thanks for the discount bud.Literally drove the vehicle 5 miles and stalled in a customers drive. Took several hours to rectify the situation (zero help from the sales people). Simply put, a basic service would probably of avoided this issue. They don’t service their vehicle before they sell them!! If you want to roll the dice and risk your money, then this place is a great spot to buy. Good luck!!!!!

Buyers beware. This guy will sell you junk. I was needing a handicapped van to get my son back and forth to dr.he told me nothing was wrong with it ,showed me pictures. However he had it delivered to my house. His macanic cut holes I front frame to take RACK out. Left them open. The ramp doesn't work at all. The kneel system isn't hooked up. On top of everything the frame is rusted out, he sprayed it with undercoating to cover it all up. Now I see why he is not a member of Better Business Bureau . Buyer STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALESMEN!

i bought my chevy impala from them, where do i start it had a cracked windsheild, the brake cap was missing, when i got home i found out one of the headlights where burnt up and it had not had its recall work done, but about 4 hours of light work and a call to a dealership the cars been basically perfect since i bought it very cheap for the little amount of work the car needed (4grand for a 2014 back in 2019)
