Absolutely stellar customer service. Had some body work done from a collision. A few days after the repair, I noticed a rattle. They brought it back in, fixed it right up. A separate glass repair shop had messed up my auto-collision system and Wilkinson's fixed that even though they did not cause the issue. Highly recommend.Service: Body & Trim

Thanks to everyone especially Steve for fixing my late Grandmother's car. I was side swiped and they got me in and fixed up. Everything looks brand new. The paint, doors, alignment. All done in a few weeks.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. We took our car here after a run-in with a deer. They new window on the new door doesn't roll up automatically anymore and they couldn't even match the tint correctly. Now my drivers side window is significantly darker than the passenger side. I picked up my car and it was still missing a piece of trim even though I had been in communication with them and the insurance about that being replaced several times. These issues are semi-minor, yes. But the icing on the cake, was that the car had been ransacked when we got it back. Several personal items, all my change and a couple sentimental items as well were taken. They emptied out my center console and my doors and threw the paperwork and stuff all over the floorboards while they were at it, my car was trashed when I got it back!The receptionists rudeness does also get an honorable mention when it comes to this overall TERRIBLE experience.In conclusion, the work wasn't finished, what did get finished was done sub-par, my car was looted AND I was disrespected.0/10.Service: Body & Trim
