Jessie was great to work with. He was very direct and to the point with all the issues my car had at the time. Although a unique situation, he handled it professionally and worked with me to figure out a solution. I no longer own the car but I will always recommend Vin Devers for anyone needing service on their German vehicle.

We came all the way from Ann Arbor to purchase our new car at Vin Devers because were blown away with their incredible customer service! We felt like a number at our local Mercedes dealership. Mike Dempsey, our salesman at Vin Devers helped me find the a perfect car! We arrived ready to purchase one car and as he listened to my needs he showed me one that fit my needs even better! After purchasing the car Mike even spent a half hour showing how all the electronics work. I cannot recommend this place enough!! Ask for Mike!

Had vehicle checked. Not happy about outcome. I'm not willing to pay for a (might to the trick) replacement of good existing parts. Scheduled Lube Oil and filter for my A4 Audi. Maintenance was performed on time and with many suggestions that proved to be very productive. Kevin was extremely informative of how the process was going from step to step and to finish. I had other questions and he took a lot of time to explain them to me and showed a lot of passion and enthusiasm for the company. First time there, I’ll be back!

I purchased my Audi from this dealer at the worst time to purchase a vehicle, prices were absurd but I made my decision and I am okay with my decision. What I am not okay with is how I have been treated by this dealer. The first two years I owned my Audi, it spent almost as much time in the shop as I drove it. It was sold as CPO and I purchased the Audi pure protection plan and they have yet to resolve the issues which are still going on. Needless to say, I would not recommend giving this dealership any money as they obviously do not stand behind their product or guarantees. On a happy note, the Ann Arbor Audi dealership has been a delight to work with and they have helped me regain some faith in Audi.

Vin Devers has hands down the best customer appreciation and 5 star service.John is the best salesman! So patient, so educated on the vehicles & their features, and just bought my 2nd Mercedes from him.GM Jason Perry helped us tremendously as well, his appreciation for customers shows. He truly wants you to be happy with your purchase and all future service appointments, etc.Keith & Kevin in service took meticulous care of my vehicle, and I enjoy the 5 star service when I bring my vehicle in for service.I even brought my very hyper 5 year old to the dealership recently, and while that's not easy task on my end everyone at the dealership chatted with him & didn't make me feel like having a hyper little boy there was an issue. Jamie in finance helped me sign my paperwork while my little boy sat on the floor under my chair. Not my first choice of what he did, but again They understand family is first, and treat people well.

Very dissatisfied. I have been a loyal Audi owner but the recent experience at Vin Devers was just totally unacceptable. Treatment here is absurd, a joke!!! VD had my car for 2 months and did not fix my problem. Coolant leak not fixed. Previously our Q5 with an EPS failure was at VD for 3 months. Totally ridiculous. I don’t know how Audi NA permits this kind of service.

Very busy with a long wait for service. Problem with the car was urgent and I was originally told it would be a week before they could even look at it. This required me to rent a car at some expense. After some repeated requests, they got me in earlier and promptly fixed the problem. My service representative was quick to respond to my messages and worked hard to accommodate my emergency situation. Aside from the initial delay, things went well. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience.
