Went to get a notary done, horrible experience. Left after just standing there for 15min while the person was “on the phone” all while the employee just starred at us awkwardly! There were 4 other employees around, not one decided to give us an update on what was taking so long.

Went to get a document notarized and the staff forgot about me for 15 minutes. Had to ask someone else to fetch the lady who was supposed to be motorizing my document.

Got here at 6:58 and they locked the door. Would not let us in. It was a 20 minute drive to get there. If you aren't going to stay open till 7 then don't put that time on your hours. Pathetic.

I go 20 minutes out of my way to use this UPS store because the service is so good! Especially compared to the other local UPS stores, which have different ownership. Every time I have come, either to drop off packages or mail something, I am greeted and treated with friendliness and respect. Even when the line is long, they move through efficiently.

The staff is friendly and is extremely helpful with all of my shipping and printing needs. I have kids who are active in Scouts and School clubs and they have to have several things printed in color and the staff at this UPS is amazing and helps make sure the information looks right before they print them. The staff is friendly and very helpful with all my shipping and printing needs. I love that they are open on Sundays, which really helps with last minute school projects. I’ve gone to other stores in our area and their staff are not very friendly or helpful.

My favorite UPS store I drive out of the way to go to this location. The location on Executive Parkway needs to take some pointers from this location. I had horrible customer service multiple times at the Executive Parkway location also being charged for insignificant things like putting tape on a box one strip of tape they’re going to charge me $1.50 things I’ve never heard of before, so if you go to that location, make sure you have boxing tape and you’re completely ready because they will not help you and they are not friendly , this location will
always greet you when you come in, they are willing and ready to help if you need a box if you need tape, they do not charge extra to the customers, the associates at this UPS store thank you so much!! you now found a loyal customer…

The way I parked my car and came up to the building. I could not see the time of the store if it was closing. The three individuals that just stood there looking at me just staring at me with his blank stare, just standing there. I was close enough to see the hours on the door, and I walked away shaking my head. They were laughing as if something was funny. I just wanted to return one item I get that and I get that you’re closing, but you don’t sit there and watch somebody pull up the door and then you look at them and you laugh when I turn around!!!!! that’s very rude unprofessional.
