I had sent a perishable food item from FL to my 97 year old mom in Sylvania overnight. Unfortunately the driver couldn’t get into my mom’s apartment building from the lobby. The owners were very sweet when I came in. They were busy helping a customer that needed time to talk. They helped me as quickly as they could and were very efficient.
